How do Love for Juttis Fit ?
All our shoes run true to standard European & UK sizes and come in medium width. We recommend you select the shoe size based on the length of your foot.
if your juttis are little snug , then that's ok as your juttis will also slightly stretch with wear and conform to the shape of your feet.The more you wear them, the more they mould themselves to you and the more comfortable they get .

Are juttis waterproof ?
Juttis don’t do well in the rain so we recommend you avoid stepping in wet areas. You can keep them in good shape longer by keeping them dry.
Do LJ's fit wide,narrow or problematic feet?
The structure of our lining is designed to accommodate the shape of your foot and gently hug your feet whether they are wide or narrow.
PAYMENTS
What forms of payments does Love for juttis accept?
For domestic orders we accept all major credit cards , debit cards, Wallets, UPI payments. COD is also available for domestic orders.
For international clients we accept payments via Credit Cards only (DEBIT/BANK CARDS are not accepted). In case you are paying with an international credit card please call your bank and ensure your card is internationally valid and has 3D secure activated. If your payment is declined you might need to call your bank to activate 3D secure and let them know that you are trying to make a payment on www.loveforjuttis.com once this is done please try placing the order and paying again.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
What are your shipping terms and conditions ?
We offer free shipping for domestic orders on products above Rs. 1000 and Cash On Delivery is also available for India at a standard fee of Rs 60.
Orders placed in India and outside India are catered by safe and realiable courier companies like FedEX, Bluedart, Aramex and Delhivery. For more info Please check here .
Do you ship Outside of India ?
Yes we do ship outside India. Shipping charges are calculated automatically during checkout based on your geographic location. For more info please check here
When will my order ship out ?
We dispatch your pairs within 24 - 48 hours of placing the order. It takes around 3-7 working days for the delivery of shipment depending on your location all over India.
The shipping time for customized orders and out of stock products would however be longer and we would keep you posted about the approximate delivery date post ordering as well. These delivery times are subject to location, distance and our logistics partners.
Kindly note there might be a delay during National holidays and festivals.
For orders outside of India, delivery time is between 7-12 working days.
How do I track my order ?

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy ?
If you don’t love your juttis or need a different size, you can exchange them within 30 days of purchase as long as they are in new, unworn condition, free of damages and in the original packaging.
We do not cover the cost of return shipping but you can send your return back to us with whichever carrier you like.
